Thank you for taking the time to get involved in our various stages of consultation for Peartree Hill Solar Farm.
The consultation periods were as follows:
- Non-statutory consultation: Monday 9 October to Monday 6 November 2023
- Statutory consultation: Tuesday 15 May to Wednesday 26 June 2024
- Targeted consultation: Tuesday 8 October to Friday 8 November 2024
How to stay involved
The Development Consent Order application has been accepted by the Planning Inspectorate for examination. You can take part in the examination by registering as an interested party. Members of the public will need to fill out a registration form and make a relevant representation during the relevant representation period if they want to be an interested party and:
- have the right to send further comments and provide evidence during the examination of the application,
- have the right to request to speak at hearings,
- hear about events and decisions made during the process and
- hear about the progress of the application
A relevant representation should include full details of the any issues that you want to be considered as part of the examination. Representations must be submitted on a registration form and the form must be received by the deadline, 30 May 2025 at 23.59.

- Online, or downloaded free of charge, from the Peartree Hill Solar Farm page of the Planning Inspectorate’s National Infrastructure Planning website;
- On our Documents page; and
- Electronically free of charge during the relevant representation period at the local locations and times set out below:
